I picked up this dress from J.Crew last week and I love it! Perfect ladylike style with an edge. I already wore it to a party last week with a skinny black belt and black peep toe shoes. I will definitely wear it into the winter with black opaque tights and black patent leather shoes.

This is super cute! What kind of under-dressings though?
You can wear black tights or if you want a bare leg, boy short spanx. You can also wear a black cardigan over this and synch it together with a skinny belt (that is my favorite way to wear it because you can make it office-appropriate).
