Every city girl should have a sturdy pair of rain boots. My rain boots are from J.Crew a few seasons ago (birthday present) but you can find similar ones at jcrew.com now. For the more fashion savvy practical girl, these Tory Burch rain boots are on sale at Bergdorf Goodman and they are now around the same price as the J.Crew ones.  Stay dry!
